365 days around the clock we are there for you immediately. In our central TAC (Technical Access Center) all incoming errors are detected.
We offer each desired service availability (SLA Service Level Agreement, e.g. 24×7) to immediate availability of the technician and the spare parts with guaranteed response and / or recovery time.

Our own warehouse: the basis for successful maintenance

To maintain servers, switches, routers, access points and other IT equipment, spare parts are often necessary. The fault clearance can be significantly delayed if these are not immediately available. We have therefore set up our own warehouse. At 11 locations in Germany, we have all the spare parts required for the various devices ready. We also have qualified logisticians who ensure that each spare part arrives quickly at its destination.

Our qualified employees

Our technicians are highly qualified and experienced in identifying problems. This is especially important for software-related issues. We can download and install the troubleshooting software updates for you. However, please note that bug fixes and updates are only free within the version you originally purchased. If you want to upgrade to the next major version with new features, you will be charged.

  • Exchange of hardware on the next working day with receipt of message until 15:00 o’clock.
  • The activity takes place in the times: Monday to Friday 08:00 o’clock – 18:00 o’clock.

With the COMPACT SmartPACT® Service we offer fault clearance in the Federal Republic of Germany as well as in all German neighbouring states on the next working day.

  • Replacement of the hardware on the next working day with receipt of message until 15:00 o’clock.
  • The operations are carried out on site.
  • The operations take place in the times: Monday to Friday 08:00 o’clock – 18:00 o’clock.
  • Operating system recovery.

With the EXPRESS SmartPACT® Service, we offer fault clearance in the Federal Republic of Germany and all German neighbouring states on the next working day.

  • Hardware replacement within 4 hours after receipt of the message.
  • The operations are carried out on site.
  • The operations take place in the times: Monday to Friday 08:00 o’clock – 18:00 o’clock.
  • Operating system recovery.

Mit  dem PREMIUM SmartPACT® Service  bieten wir die Entstörung in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland innerhalb von 4 Stunden rund um die Uhr an 365 Tagen im Jahr.

  • Austausch  der Hardware innerhalb von 4 Stunden rund um die Uhr an 365Tagen im Jahr nach Meldungseingang.
  • Die Einsätze werden vor Ort durchgeführt.

  • Corresponding to your service level agreement, our engineer will switch your malfunctioned module at your location in 4 hours or next-business-day.
  • The required hardware is prepared for work by the customer.
  • Service level agreements can be set up individually.
  • All service level agreements need to be setup for familiarization.
